Change For Life: Baby Bottle Campaign: Join us in supporting PLC Health Clinic! Register & pick up a bottle at Guest Services on Mother’s Day (May 10th), fill the bottle with coins, cash or check, and return/empty your bottle on Father's Day (June 21st)! PLC Health Clinic provides Christ centered maternity housing, goal planning, holistic support, parenting & life skills classes, career guidance and Biblical counseling & case management. This is a great opportunity to support their ministry!

RISE & IGNITE 4:12 Golf outing at Northmoor Golf Course

Tee Times will be assigned starting at 5:00pm (2 groups every 15 minutes)

Let Michelle know if there is a specific group you want.

If you don't want to golf the 9 holes, you can opt to have a bucket of balls to use at the Driving Range and Putting Green instead.

Price does NOT include a cart. (If you would like a cart it is $6/person. You MUST have a driver's license to rent a cart!)

***We will need adults to chaperone. Cost is the same for adults***

Join us this year!

Come join us for Rockford Community VBS this year hosted at New Horizons Community Church. This community VBS is Monday through Friday from 9am -12p and is for children ages 3 through 5th grade. The Rockford Community Churches collaborate each year to have this wonderful experience for the children! Thanks to Rockford United Methodist Church, New Horizons Community Church, and The Rockford Belle Community Church for their dedication to reaching children with the Word of God!​

New Horizons Community Church will host Mom Life on the first and third Wednesdays of each month during the school year (September–May).

Mom Life is a community for mothers with children of all ages who desire to connect with other moms, grow in their faith, and gain practical encouragement for their homes and everyday lives.

Each gathering includes breakfast, meaningful fellowship, an encouraging message from a variety of speakers, and small group discussions with mentor moms. The annual cost is $55 per mom and $20 per child.
